[Monitoring] An incident occurred today on TCS around 6:38 AM UTC, resulting in a dip in connection count and throughput consumption reporting on the Dashboard and other KPIs reporting on the Performance page. The links were not affected, and the affected services were recovered. Eventually, the graphs will catch up and start reflecting the actual status.
