INVESTIGATING

An incident occurred on TCS today around 4:55 AM UTC, resulting in a gap in the aggregate DL and UL throughput on the Dashboard. The gap was also observed on the single-device pages for the BN (DL/UL throughput graph) and the RN (DL/UL peak throughput graph). There was no impact on the data, and the other KPI metrics on the performance page

An incident occurred today (March 2nd, 2026) on Tarana Cloud Suite (TCS) around 23:34 UTC, resulting in a dip in the graphs (active connections, UL/DL throughput) on the Dashboard and other KPIs on the Performance page. There may be a delay in the data reporting on TCS. The subscriber links were not affected. We regret the inconvenience caused; our internal team is working on this issue with high priority.
